Pain Management Care, PC welcomes skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team in Lafayette. The Role of a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Pain Management Care, PC, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality care to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the implementation of treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists
  • Helping patients perform exercises and therapeutic activities
  • Monitoring patients' progress and reporting it to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Providing guidance and support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients during therapy sessions

In addition to your direct involvement with patients, you will also collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

At Pain Management Care, PC, we value qualified and dedicated professionals. To be considered for the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position, applicants should possess:

  1. A degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  2. A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
